Getting Healthy

Daniel wants to be healthier this year. In the past, he never did any exercise and he ate too much fast food. He often felt tired and he did not sleep well.
Now, things are different. Three times a week, Daniel goes running in the morning before work. He also cooks his own meals with fresh vegetables instead of buying fast food. At first, it was difficult, but now he enjoys it.
After two months, Daniel feels much better. He has more energy and he sleeps well at night. His advice for other people is simple: start with small changes and do not give up.
