Six months ago, Omar was not healthy. He never did any exercise, and he ate fast food almost every day. He often felt tired, and he did not sleep well at night. One day, his doctor gave him some important advice. “You need to change your lifestyle,” she said.

Omar decided to make some changes. Now, he walks for thirty minutes every morning before work. He has also joined a gym near his house, and he goes there three times a week. He does not eat fast food any more. Instead, he cooks fresh meals with vegetables, rice and fish at home.

The changes were difficult at first, but now Omar feels much better. He has more energy, and he sleeps well every night. Next month, he is going to run in a 5-kilometre race with his friends. Omar is proud of himself. He says that anyone can become healthy if they really want to. It is never too late to start.
