Is the first lesson really free?
Yes. The consultation and trial lesson cost nothing and we do not ask for card details. If we are not the right fit for you, we will say so.
I am a complete beginner. Is that a problem?
Not at all. A good number of our learners start from almost nothing. Tell us that when you write and we will match you with a tutor who teaches beginners regularly.
Do you teach children?
Yes - we run a separate programme for kids and teens with tutors who specialise in it. Mention your child’s age and we will point you to the right person.
Can you help me prepare for IELTS?
Yes. We also publish free IELTS practice for all four skills, so you can start before you speak to anybody.
What time zones do you teach in?
Our office hours are Malaysia time, but lessons are arranged around you. Tell us roughly when you are free and we will find a tutor whose schedule fits.
How quickly will somebody reply?
Within one working day, Monday to Friday. WhatsApp is usually faster than email if you need an answer the same day.
