These terms apply to your use of the EduCareer Connect website and our online tutoring services. By booking a consultation or lessons with us, you agree to them.
Our services
We provide online English and Arabic lessons, 1-to-1 and in small groups, for children, students, adults and professionals. Lesson plans, schedules and pricing are agreed individually after a free consultation.
Bookings and cancellations
Lessons are scheduled by agreement between you and your tutor. If you need to reschedule or cancel a lesson, please give us as much notice as possible – at least 24 hours where you can – so the time can be offered to another learner. Repeated missed lessons without notice may be charged.
Payments
Fees are agreed before lessons begin and are payable as arranged with us. We do not process card payments through this website.
For parents and guardians
Lessons for learners under 18 must be arranged by a parent or guardian, who remains our point of contact for scheduling, feedback and payments.
Free resources
Our free lessons, level test and blog articles are provided for personal learning. You may not copy, republish or sell them without our written permission.
Our content
All content on this website – text, lesson materials, images and branding – belongs to EduCareer Connect or its licensors and is protected by copyright.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to provide high-quality tuition, but we cannot guarantee specific exam results or outcomes, which depend on many factors including learner practice and attendance. Our liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid for the affected lessons.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
