I want to be healthy and strong, so I take care of my body. It is easy to be healthy. You only need to do a few simple things every day.
First, I eat good food. I eat fruit, vegetables, rice and fish. I do not eat too many sweets. I drink a lot of water, not fizzy drinks. Second, I sleep well. I go to bed early and I sleep for nine hours.
Third, I move my body. I walk to school and I play football. Exercise makes me strong and happy. When I am sick, I rest and I see the doctor. A healthy body helps me learn and play. I feel good every day.
