My grandfather is eighty years old, but he is still full of life. When he was young, he worked as a fisherman by the sea. Every morning, he went out in his small boat, and he came back with fish to sell at the market. It was a hard life, but he was strong and happy.

Now, my grandfather does not work any more. He lives with us in the city. In the mornings, he likes to sit in the garden and drink tea. He grows tomatoes and mint, and he takes care of them every day. In the evenings, he tells us stories about the sea.

I love my grandfather’s stories the most. He talks about big storms, strange fish and days when he caught nothing. His stories are always exciting, and sometimes they are funny too. My grandfather says that a good story is a gift. When I am old, I want to tell stories just like him.
