My name is Hassan and I love food! In my family, we eat together every day. Breakfast is my favourite meal. In the morning, I eat bread, cheese and olives. I drink sweet tea with my father.
For lunch, my mother often makes rice and chicken. Sometimes we eat fish. My little sister does not like fish, so she eats vegetables and bread. We all like fruit. My favourite fruit is watermelon because it is sweet and cold.
In the evening, we have a small dinner. We eat soup and salad. On Fridays, my grandmother makes a special cake. It is brown and full of dates. Everybody in the family loves my grandmother’s cake. Food brings my family together.
