I'd like to talk about crisp, sunny autumn weather, which is honestly my favourite type of weather all year round.
It's the kind of day where the sky is completely clear, the sun is out, but the air still has a noticeable chill to it, cool enough that you need a light jacket, but not so cold that it becomes uncomfortable. Where I live, this type of weather is most common in October and early November, right as the leaves start changing colour, which adds to how pleasant it feels.
On days like this, I love going for long walks, ideally somewhere with a lot of trees, since the combination of the crisp air and the changing colours makes for a genuinely beautiful setting. I also find it perfect weather for outdoor cafes, sitting outside with a warm drink while still being comfortable, which is not really possible in either summer or winter here.
The reason I like this weather so much is partly practical - it is comfortable enough to be active outdoors for hours without overheating or freezing - but it is also just aesthetically beautiful. There is something about that specific combination of golden light, cool air, and colourful leaves that feels almost cinematic, and it always puts me in a genuinely good mood. Whenever autumn arrives, I try to make the most of it, since I know it never lasts as long as I would like.
